Gekos of Ferocunn

Gekos of Ferocunn was a proud member of the Political faction and a skilled diplomat. He wore a polished Victorian work suit, carried his black cane with grace, and wore antlers of ornate Ivy.

To all, he was just another Political, an outsider even. Gekos had always been interested in politics and had worked hard to establish his career in the council. However, Gekos had never imagined himself in the middle of a war between the deer and humans. But when the army attacked Moonstone, Gekos did not hesitate to join the battle.

As a child, his mother passed along her powers and secretly trained Gekos as a Conjurer, a deer gifted with magic. She knew that one day, his powers of persuasion may not always be enough. While the enemy expected him to just talk, he quietly and secretly used his powers to create barriers and traps that hindered the advance of the human soldiers. Luckily, Gekos' contribution went unnoticed, as the other council members were more focused on the warriors who led the charge. When the humans retreated, Gekos adjusted his bow tie and quietly resumed his role as a politician.

The deer society was saved from a war that would have caused countless deaths on both sides. Gekos had played a crucial role in the resolution of the conflict, and he was finally recognized as a valuable member of the council. From that day on, Gekos of Fercounn was no longer an outsider, but a respected leader who had proven his worth in the most trying of circumstances.
