Babto was a magnificent knight for Clan Lovour. He served King Love for years as his personal guard and on several occasions saved the King in Battle and from assassination. He has fought along side even the fearsome King Ruthless. Years of fighting had taken there toll and Babto yearned for a simpler life but his loyalty to King Love ran as deep and as strong as Riverill. King Love and Babto had grown up together as fawns and King Love saw his friends torment and how war was slowly wearing on his soul. One day King Love summoned Babto. Babto knelt before his King and friend and King Love commanded he remove his armor and weapons. Babto did as his King commanded and stripped his armor and laid his weapons before his King. King Love then presented Babto with a ladle and asked Babto if he would be his royal chef. Babto was elated and happily agreed. Babto could now serve his friend King Love and King Love was able to retain his friend and closest council. Babto is an oddity amongest the rest of the Stags as he only reports to King Love and no other. Even King Ruthless is wary of Babto and his soul gaze that seems to bore into everyone he looks upon.
